The day was overcast with the threat of rain as the 78 players who attended braced themselves against the cold wintery weather.
The two game winners were Ken Harris, John Copeland and Peter Leinhart (visitor from Tasmania) who scored 58 points with 26 shots up. In second place were Cynthia Stewart, Sheila Dempsey and Peter Stewart on 57 points and 19 shots.
A thank you to Tim Arbon, Ken Raymond and their crew of volunteers who put both time and effort into maintaining the greens and the surrounding rose garden and Les Scott for running the raffle.
The number drawn for this week’s jackpot of $325 was +12. As there was no winner the money will be included in next week’s jackpot.
