It was pleasing to see 18 teams turn out in quite pleasant conditions on the shortest day of the year. With 9 rinks the competition was split to both C and D Greens.
With president Dave ill it was pleasing to have Peter Bishop step up to assist with running the competition and Peter and Chris Harris to look after players needs at the Bar.
As usual we enjoyed the company of a number of players from local clubs, but a special mention to Peter Carter visiting from Hervey Bay, Qld.

The jackpot number drawn today was +2 on the second game, but as there was no claimant the pot will be increased next week. The Registration sheet is now on the board so find a partner and get your entry in early.
