Triples Results Friday 12th September

Apart from the early morning shower the rest of the day remained dry but cloudy until the sun made an appearance later in the afternoon. 78 players attended the event which was played on C and D Greens. A number of players made donations to our hungry pooch ‘Fagin’ for bowling a wrong bias. The donations go to Guide Dogs SA/NT.

This week’s winners and grinners:

1^st Game Winners: Rob Jackway, Kate Gosling and Mick Jones on 28 points + 11 shots

2^nd Game Winners: Darren Chamings, Marivel Fromm and Kym Fromm on 28 points + 14 shots

2 Game Winners: Wayne Mack, John Linhart and Stu Reither on 55 points + 16 shots

2 Game Runners-up: Sheila Dempsey, Ron Dale and Peter Stewart on 54 points + 24 shots

This week’s ‘lucky’ number for the jackpot draw of $215 was 0, which is based on the number of shots up in the second game. As no one claimed the prize, the jackpot will carry over into next week’s draw.

It was good to see Graham Fishlock back at the club to help out despite his injury. Thanks to Rob Jackway for coming in early to help with the day’s proceedings, Kevin Neumann for selling the raffle tickets and running the draw.
