It was a pleasant day for the 84 players who attended the event, played on C and D greens. Three teams with a score of 54 points vied for the 2 Game Winners prizes. It was a close call for the winning teams with only one shot separating the two.
This week’s winners and grinners are:
1st Game Winners: John Slater, Chris Luck and Barrie Pearson on 29 points + 17 shots
2nd Game Winners: Malcolm Foster, Stewart Bruinsma and Leo Roberti on 28 points + 12 shots.
2 Game Winners: Alan Atkinson, Sue Stephens and John Stephens on 54 points + 19 shots
2 Game Runners-up: Shelia Dempsey, Ken Williams and Peter Stewart on 54 points + 18 shots
This week’s lucky number for the jackpot draw of $370 was 4. The prize was shared between teams – David Martin, Mary-anne Haines and Mike Haines and Jack Ktisti, Don Lee and Ralph Vivian. Thanks to Rob Jackway for coming in early to help with preparations for the day and Kevin Neumann for selling the raffle tickets and running the draw.
