The Modbury Bowling Club welcomes registrations of interest from primary and secondary students for its schools challenge, set to run every Monday after school, starting 2 February 2026. The challenge aims to teach kids the basics of lawn bowls in a fun and inclusive environment combined with friendly team-based competition.
At each totally free session (run over 8 weeks) experienced coaches, including our state representative junior bowlers, will show new bowlers the basic skills of the game. Each session will include a short, fun teams competition. Students will be encouraged to play at the Bowls SA Inter School Challenge on 26 March.
