It was a pleasant day on the greens for the 66 players who attended the day’s event, which was played under cover on C and D greens. Two teams with equal scores put their hands up for 1st Game Winners, and the outcome was decided on a countback. Thanks to Kym Butterfield who responded to a late call to fill a spot in one of the teams.
1st Game Winners: Dave Moate, Mary-anne Haines and Harry Camm on 30 points + 18 shots
2nd Game Winners: Kate Gosling, Trevor Jackway and Rob Jackway on 28 points + 13 shots
2 Game Winners: Butch, John Slater and Kevin Rebbeck on 53 points + 14 shots
2 Game Runners-up: Chris Luck, Baz Bennell and Tony Tanton on 53 points + 12 shots
This week’s ‘lucky’ number for the jackpot draw of $255 was 1. As nobody claimed the jackpot, the prize money will carry over into next week’s draw.
