The temperature was similar to last Friday, reaching the 30C mark with intermittent wind gusts later in the afternoon. 64 bowlers attended the event, making up 20 triple teams and 2 pairs who played alternate games on C and D Greens. There was the usual hubbub of voices interspersed with ooh’s and aah’s when shots just missed their target or ‘Oh no!’ when someone bowled a wrong ‘un.

This week’s ‘lucky’ number for the jackpot draw of $185 was 5. As nobody claimed the prize the amount will carry over into next week’s draw. Thanks to Geoff Keynes for selling the raffle tickets and running the draw.
