THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING WILL BE HELD AT THE CLUB ON
SUNDAY 25th MAY 2025 AT 12 noon
The 12 noon start time will be for a sausage sizzle followed by the AGM commencing circa 1 pm.
All motions must be proposed, seconded and either handed to the Secretary or deposited into the nomination box by close of business on Friday 2′ May 2025 to be included in the Agenda for the AGM
Nominations for Board positions can either be handed to the Secretary or deposited into the nomination box by close of business on Friday 9th May 2025
These positions include:
- President
- Board member x 2 positions
The board reviewed and revised the Constitution to make it fit for purpose. A draft of the document is located on the same table as the notice and nomination forms. All members, if they wish to, can read and provide comment on the content to ensure we are well positioned when we call for a member vote to have it ratified and accepted at the AGM.
