A Special General Meeting has been called by a group of members as per our constitution. The letter calling the special general meeting states:
“It has been mentioned that the Club’s Honour Boards are to be removed now that all details have been stored on a memory stick and being shown on the club TV.
We, the undersigned, as Life Members of the Club, request the Board Committee to call a Special General Meeting of members to discuss and vote on this issue.
We feel strongly that the Honour Boards should be retained because they are an integral part of the Club’s history and a focal point of the Club.”
All Full and Associate/Social Members are to attend.
