The day turned cool, but thankfully the event was held under cover of the dome as intermittent showers persisted throughout the afternoon. Teams consisted of 26 triples and 2 pairs who played alternate games on C and D Greens. Thanks to Kym Butterfield for obliging to come in to make up the numbers. Visitors, Andre Engel and his wife from Townsville, were welcomed by the club.

This week’s ‘lucky’ number for the jackpot draw of $170 was 30. As there was no winner, the jackpot will carry over into next week’s draw. Thanks to Rob Jackway for coming in early to help with the day’s proceedings, Les Scott for selling the raffle tickets and running the draw.
