It was a good turnout this week with 84 players turning up to play alternate games on C and D rinks under cover of the ‘Thunder Dome’. It was a sunny, but cold day, with the occasional strong gust of wind blowing across the rinks. ‘Fagin’ was well fed by donations from players who bowled a wrong’n. The Guide Dogs SA/NT gratefully appreciates funds donated from the club which goes toward the training of future guide dogs.

The ‘lucky’ number for this week’s jackpot prize of $155 was 15, which will carry over into next week’s draw as nobody claimed the prize. Thanks to Les Scott for selling the raffle tickets and for running the draw as well as serving behind the bar.
